Is your child or teen struggling — and you're not sure how to help? Maybe they're anxious, shutting down, having meltdowns, falling behind, or saying things that scare you. You don't have to figure this out alone. I'm a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and families through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, big emotions, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and parent-child conflict. I also work with adults navigating similar struggles. My approach is warm, practical, We'll work at a pace that feels manageable, build real coping skills, and help your family feel like a family again.
Most of my work is with kids and teens (ages 6 through high school) and their parents. I'm comfortable with the harder presentations — self-harm, suicidal ideation, ODD, BPD traits, ADHD with emotional dysregulation — that families often get turned away from. We'll build a plan together that fits your child and your household.
Many families come in feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure how to help — and that’s okay. I aim to create a space where kids, teens, and parents feel understood, supported, and not judged while building practical skills to help life feel more manageable and connected. My approach is collaborative, attachment focused, and tailored to each family’s needs.
