Accepting new clients! I work with folks who continue to feel misunderstood and are seeking a place where they don’t have to mask. My approach is rooted in curiosity, creativity and humour. As a queer neurodivergent human, I recognize how important it is to feel truly heard and understood without shame, from an affirming, trauma informed lens. My areas of focus include: Neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD), Complex trauma, attachment & medical trauma, Chronic illness & disability, Identity as 2SLGBTQ+ folks, Relationship & intimacy challenges, Eco-anxiety, Grief and loss.
I know what it’s like to live at the intersection of many identities and to navigate systems that weren’t built with all of us in mind. I approach each person with curiosity and deeply value your expertise in your lived experiences. There is no “supposed tos” in therapy with me, you can show as you are (stimming, fidgety, nerdy, queer and all).
You deserve to experience trust and a sense of safety in therapy while navigating difficult things.
