As a registered psychologist, I am committed to guiding you towards healing and growth. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and is trauma-informed. I pull from other therapeutic approaches when appropriate. I believe in tailoring therapy to meet each client's unique needs and preferences. My ultimate goal is to instill hope in those who may feel lost and to empower clients to uncover their inner strength.
I run a group therapy program: Mental Health Matter: Neurodivergent Edition. Group therapy is a lower cost option with powerful benefits! Created for neurodivergent adults (ADHD and autism).
I specialize in a wide array of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, people-pleasing, life after injury, anger, addiction, relationship issues, and trauma, I draw from both professional and personal experience.
I cultivate a safe, non-judgmental environment where difficult topics can be explored with comfort and trust. Building this trust requires patience and commitment, qualities I am dedicated to embodying while embarking on each client's journey towards healing.
