With over 10 years of experience, I am a trauma therapist specializing in complex PTSD and the long-term impact of childhood and relational trauma. I am deeply passionate about helping adults heal from patterns shaped by early experiences, including attachment wounds and survival responses that no longer serve them. I hold a BA in Psychology from McGill University and an MSW from the University of Toronto. I have also worked in specialized trauma settings including SickKids Hospital and the Trauma Therapy Program at Women’s College Hospital. I strive to create a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space that supports healing.
In addition to the trauma work I do, I also work with depression, anxiety, OCD, couples therapy, phobias and relational issues. My integrative approach combines CBT, CPT, relational psychotherapy, attachment-based methods, somatic therapies, IFS and mindfulness-based techniques.
Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process, so I offer a free consultation to ensure a good fit. I also strive to make therapy more accessible by offering a flexible sliding scale. Currently, I am accepting new clients with availability during both daytime and evening hours.
