I'm a counsellor with 15 years of experience and specialized training in supporting people through complex grief, trauma, anxiety/depression, and relationship challenges, including LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, and non-monogamous people's lived experiences. I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in BC, a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in ON, and was a Sessional Instructor at U of Guelph who specializes in somatic and emotion-focused counselling, as well as inner parts work.
