We all know life can be difficult. At some point in our lives, everyone experiences challenges and could benefit from working through them with the help of someone else. For over 25 years, I have supported individuals with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting, life transitions, compassion fatigue, burnout, and grief related to sudden death, suicide or homicide. Supporting growth from a place of loss or crisis is my passion and I believe in working with someone else has the ability to make any struggle more manageable.
Feeling alone can be overwhelming and scary. I can provide a non-judgmental and supportive space to empower you to realize your own resilience and resourcefulness. Adapting my approach to meet individual needs, I use strength based, solution focused and trauma informed approaches with proven techniques to improve coping and overall contentment with life.
