Life can be difficult. Inevitably we all experience challenges and could benefit from working through them with the help of someone else. In my 20+ years of experience in the field of social work, I have supported individuals with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, domestic violence, and much more. Helping people make sense of the world after a traumatic event in their life or the the life of someone they love is a particular passion of mine.
Feeling alone can be overwhelming and scary. Sometimes a non-judgmental and supportive space is all we need to remind us of our own strength and resiliency. More importantly, none of us need to walk alone.
Using a strength based, solution focused approach, I would be honoured to walk alongside you and help you find the life, hope and contentment we all so richly deserve.
