Hello! I have a Masters in Social Work and have worked in Mental Health and Addictions for the past 14 years. The evidence based therapies I have been trained in include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Anxiety, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for Depression and Anxiety, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for mood and personality disorders, Structured Relapse Prevention for Addictions, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Exposure Therapy for PTSD.
