Lisa uses Cognitive Behavioural Counselling and other traditional counselling techniques. In addition, Lisa uses ground breaking techniques called "The Work of Byron Katie" and the "Sedona Method." Lisa Webster has EMDR level II certification, is a Facilitator for the Work of Byron Katie, and has taken Coaching level II of the Sedona Method.
BEYOND COUNSELLING was chosen as a name for Lisa's counselling practice because of her ability to go BEYOND the limitations of traditional counselling.
