My passion is supporting individuals through life’s most difficult and tender moments. Whether you're facing deep grief, navigating complex emotions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer a grounded, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and a sense of meaning moving forward. I strive to create a warm and empathetic space where you feel truly seen, heard, and safe. I believe no one should have to face their pain alone—and you don’t have to.

My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered, guided by your pace and needs. I specialize in grief and loss, maternal mental health, pregnancy loss (miscarriage, abortion, and stillbirth), fertility challenges, and relationship issues. I also support clients in setting healthy boundaries, nurturing self-esteem, and building lasting confidence.

I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to this work. I deeply value therapy from both sides and continue to engage in my own personal therapy.
