I firmly believe that no one should face their struggles alone.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, warm, and centred around you. My practice focuses primarily on grief and loss, fertility, relationships, maternal mental health, and navigating pregnancy loss (miscarriage, abortion, stillborn). I also assist with setting boundaries, enhancing self-esteem, and building confidence.

Taking this first step can be the most challenging and often feels daunting. As your therapist, I will ensure a safe, respected and non-judgmental environment. I seek my own therapy regularly and value the experience from both sides of the therapeutic process. Additionally, I have lived experience with grief and loss. I am currently accepting new clients.
