Choosing a counsellor can be a challenging and a courageous process for many. I will provide a space where you can feel safe and empowered to make intentional choices about the changes you want . We are all faced with personal challenges, sometimes limiting our ability to experience life fully. I believe we are more than just our symptoms, and with guided inquiry and self-reflection we can discover how to access resources and strengths to create greater connection with ourselves and others. With renewed presence and clarity we can begin to make meaning of our lives shifting to a new place of perspective and empowerment.

I use an empathic approach where individuals are seen and accepted for their unique differences. Together we navigate the changes you want for yourself. I connect using a lens of curiosity, attunement and acceptance. Areas of specialities: life transitions, developmental trauma, relationships, ADHD, neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, grief and loss.

I have an authentic, warm presence that allows people to feel seen and heard for who they truly are. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC 20108) with a Masters of Counselling. I have over 15 years experience combined, as an Occupational Therapist and Clinical Counsellor working with adults in a variety of areas of mental health.
