Choosing a counsellor can be a challenging and a courageous move for many. I will provide a space where you can feel safe and empowered to make intentional choices about your personal goals. We are all faced with personal challenges, oftentimes limiting our ability to experience life fully. I believe you are more than just your symptoms and with guided inquiry and self-reflection you can discover how your own resources and strengths create momentum for greater connection with yourself and others. With renewed presence and clarity you can begin to make meaning of your life shifting to a place of new perspective and opportunity.

I use an empathic humanistic approach where together we navigate the changes you want for yourself. I believe in people's ability to heal. I see individuals through a lens of curiosity, presence and acceptance. My primary focus is on life transitions, developmental trauma, relational connection, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression.

I have an authentic, warm presence that allows people to feel seen and heard for who they truly are. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC 20108) with a Masters of Counselling. I have over 10 years experience as an Occupational Therapist working with adults (18-65+) in many areas of mental health.
