About
My experience in working in mental health services over the last 16 years - both adults and youth - has allowed me to meet clients with a variety of backgrounds and individual needs. An ideal client is one who is in need of a therapist that is a skilled listener who can help them develop and achieve their goals.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is key. My specialities are working with youth and adults, with a variety of mental health issues - depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, aspects of trauma, support for gender diverse teens and adults, low self-esteem and many others.
I am happy to offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if I would be a good fit. I believe it is important to consider the client's specific needs before entering into the therapeutic relationship.
