I work with adults and adolescents who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and post traumatic stress. Many of my clients are surprised about how quickly they are able to let go of old destructive habits, and begin living in a more fulfilling and successful manner.
I strive to fully understand my clients' unique frame of reference, and to help motivate them to make meaningful changes in their lives. I also teach concrete and helpful strategies for stress management, and successful communication. I use mindfulness work, EMDR, and various CBT interventions with my clients.
