My name is Lisa (she/her), and I support adolescent (13+) and adult clients who are looking to overcome and heal from the challenges of life, and discover the best possible version of themselves. I've been a mental health and developmental services professional for nearly 20 years, and have supported those who experience anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), trauma and relational trauma, working in emergency services and their spouses, low self-esteem, and more.
