With specialized training in infant mental health, emotional regulation, and birth and reproductive trauma, I offer support in rebuilding secure connections—with yourself, your partner, and your children. Certified in EMDR and birth/reproductive trauma therapy, I integrate Internal Family Systems, Relational Life Therapy, and Gottman-informed care to support caregivers, couples, and women through trauma, transition, and disconnection. My 27 years as a pediatric physiotherapist ground my body-based, compassionate approach to healing.
