Hello! I have been providing counselling and psychotherapy services as a registered social worker, specializing in mental health and addiction over the last 10 years. I have worked with people struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse, trauma and post-traumatic stress, chronic illness and chronic pain, grief, caregiver stress, challenging family situations, and life transitions.
I work with adults and seniors and believe that it takes strength to reach out for help. I believe that you are bringing a wealth of experience and resilience to the counselling relationship. My approach is very open-minded and empathetic and I consider it a privilege to hear your story and struggles. It's my goal create a trusting space and be there with you through the process of self-discovery, change, and healing.
