I am excited to have a private practice offering therapy that integrates somatic practices and the arts with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. While specialized, this integration provides infinite possibilities to support you in your journey of health, growth and healing.
I have spent many years learning about how therapy works, collaborating and supporting people in many different settings including the school system, nonprofits and private practice. The well researched and evidence based EMDR approach is my preferred framework. I would love to meet with you to explore how it might benefit you.
