With over 28 years of experience in the field of mental health, I am dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages as they navigate their unique challenges. My belief in the natural dignity and value of every person is what guides my practice, creating a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing and growth. Significant life stressors can make individuals feel fragmented. My priority is helping people reconnect with their potential.

I specialize in supporting people with; anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment disorders, grief and loss, eating disorders, personality disorders, addictive disorders, and family dynamics. My approach is rooted in evidence-based and strengths-based methodologies, drawing on the unique experience of each person through their process of healing.

I cherish the gift of lifelong learning, drawing joy and humility from my shared familial experiences . I find peace in nature, particularly near water, I am passionate about exploring diverse cultures and human experiences. Being a creative soul, I enjoy gardening, music and occasional trips.
