I'm glad you're here and considering working together. As a therapist, my primary goal is to create a safe and compassionate space. I offer an easy conversational style where we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. I work with youth and young adults experiencing a variety of concerns. Sometimes, these concerns are a diagnosed mental health condition that can be treated with therapy. Other times, people are experiencing stress and just looking for support and an outside perspective.
I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and am a registered Clinical Specialist. Over the past 15 years I have worked in many capacities, including addiction, chronic illness, death and dying and children's mental health. I have a special interest in anxiety disorders as well as children's grief. My primary modality is CBT.
Therapy sessions can be held in person or virtually via secure platform. If you think I may be a good match for you or your teen, please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consult.
