Do you have feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, depression? Have you experienced trauma or a loss? If this resonates with you, I have over 20 years experience working with people of all ages who have had a range of traumatic experiences and barriers. My career began working with children who had experienced a range of abuse and neglect, and those who had sexually offended. My work with adults also has been in relation to abuse and trauma, including domestic violence, human trafficking and abuse situations.
As a counselling therapist, I work with clients in a client focused, collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together we explore areas of attachment, identity, emotional regulation, trauma and interpersonal relationships. I provide psycho-education and together we can process emotions and trauma responses at the client's pace.
