I am a registered social worker with over 23 years of experience, holding a Master of Social Work with a clinical specialization from Ben Gurion University. My career began as a mental health officer, a role I held for a decade. Since moving to canada, I have worked in both the nonprofit sector, supporting individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful employment, and in the public healthcare system, focusing on community mental health. These diverse experiences have shaped my practice and deepened my commitment to meeting clients where they are.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many individuals on their healing journeys. One client described therapy as walking together with me holding a flashlight to gently highlight areas for growth. Eventually, the light is passed on, and they continue forward with tools, insight, and confidence gained.
I offer treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and adjustment challenges. Trained in CBT, CPT, PE, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution‑Focused Therapy. I strive to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard and supported.
