Hi, have you struggled with feeling there must be new ways you could experience more connection? Do you long for new ways of looking at yourself in the context of your life? I'm passionate about supporting folks to release past trauma, nurture their self-compassion, and improve emotional regulation. My style is warm, relational and body-based. I bring skills in navigating complex life issues, with lived and professional experience in areas such as parenting, gender and sexuality, grief, depression/anxiety, medicalization/chronic health issues, neurodivergence, and trauma. I enjoy working with diverse ages, genders, and sexualities.
Through using relational and somatic skills I aim to connect meaningfully with healthy boundaries and through up and down regulating of the nervous system to achieve optimum states of sympathetic and para-sympathetic arousal.
