About
You may be struggling to hold everything together. You may feel helpless, or that no one around you understands how you are feeling. You might be easily distracted. You feel hopeless and may lack the motivation to get through even the most basic of tasks. You might feel anxious, depressed, or just blah. You may be caring for a young human who is struggling in school or at home. They may be sensitive & have a big heart but struggle to cope with their big emotions. As an Art Therapist and Death Doula, I can help folk work with difficult emotions one may be experiencing, together in a space created with safety, kindness, & compassion.
I truly believe that everyone has what they need to be happy and healthy. I can help by validating and clarifying tricky or confusing emotions. My expertise in art and mindfulness can help you hold difficult emotions through a trauma-informed, strength-based, compassionate space. I want you to wake up in the morning and feel motivated to conquer the world!
My intention is to build a shared space based on compassionate curiosity. We will work together to develop self-esteem and confidence. Everyone deserves to be heard and respected. Everyone deserves to feel inspired and loved. Together we can make a space for healing and growth, from surviving to thriving. Let's make a little happiness together.
