This 6-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group is designed to help individuals build emotional resilience, improve interpersonal relationships, and manage distressing emotions effectively. Participants will gain practical tools and insights to navigate life’s challenges and create a more balanced, fulfilling life. This group will take place from March 3 - April 7th. Total Cost = $240.00 ($40/Session)

Adoptive Parent Group

Parenting comes with many challenges and when your family is created through adoption, there are unique challenges that are faced by yourself, your children and your extended family. Through the guidance of a registered psychotherapist with lived experience, you will develop skills and knowledge to help overcome difficulties that have occurred throughout your journey. By coming together with parents who can understand and empathize with these unique experiences, you will gain key insights and a deeper understanding of the impact your journey has had and continues to have on you, your relationships, and your parenting.
