Grief changes everything. It can feel like the world has kept moving while you’re stuck in place, overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure how to carry the weight of what you’ve lost. Whether your loss was sudden or expected, life after isn’t what you thought it would be. You might find yourself avoiding memories, feeling numb when you expect to feel sadness, or wondering why everyone else seems to be moving forward while you’re barely holding it together. Some days the grief feels unbearable, and other days you feel nothing at all. It’s exhausting to pretend you’re okay when you aren’t, and isolating when no one quite understands.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a supportive space where your grief is welcome in whatever form it shows up. Together, we’ll make sense of your grief, honour what’s been lost, and create space for what comes next. With time and the right support, it’s possible to feel connected again and wake up without the heaviness you've been carrying.
I bring both personal and professional experience to this work. You won't find cliches, silver linings or "getting over" your grief here. Grief can't be changed or fixed, but needs the space to be witnessed. If you’re ready for life to feel a little lighter, reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
