Maybe you’ve been feeling anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from your sense of self. Or perhaps your child is struggling to express big emotions and needs a space to play and process safely. You’re looking for more than talk—you want a creative, compassionate space to explore what’s happening inside and begin to feel lighter, freer, and more whole.
While I integrate traditional talk therapy, I also draw on the creative arts as powerful tools for healing. Art, movement, and imagination can open doors that words alone can’t, helping us access deeper insight and new possibilities for growth and connection.
I believe there is an innate wisdom within our bodies, and therapy helps us reconnect with that inner knowing. The arts help us "speak" what feels unspeakable—giving shape and voice to emotions that may otherwise stay hidden. For children, I offer therapeutic play, allowing them to process and heal through their most natural language: play.
We heal best in connection. If you or your child are seeking a space that feels gentle, creative, and supportive, I’d be happy to connect. I offer a free 15-minute consultation for Drama Therapy and Therapeutic Play for Children—I look forward to hearing from you and beginning this journey together.
