I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, children and families with a variety of life situations and mental health issues. I have been practicing and completing my education in the area of mental health for 19 years. I work from a Client-Centered perspective as the foundation of my practice.
One area of special interest is Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. A second area of special interest is Anxiety issues and Disorders including: Generalized Anxiety Disorder; Panic Disorder; Obsessive Compulsive Disorder; and Phobias.
