Calling all neurodivergent folks, HSPs, introverts, and old souls: I am the therapist for you. My life’s calling is supporting folks through their lived experiences of sensitivity, trauma, emotional regulation, and more. I take a trauma-informed, and attachment-focused approach to your concerns. I draw from Internal Family Systems and “parts-based” models to make sense of the oscillating moods you may experience. When talking it out doesn’t feel helpful, I draw from my training in sensorimotor and somatic psychotherapy techniques to help you process stuck emotions.
