As one of the Directors at Meadowbrook Counselling Associates, I offer individual, couples, and family counselling. I also offer clinical supervision to therapists in their certification process and student interns. I have over 10 years of experience working with people of all ages, from teens to older adults, and would love to come alongside you on your journey to wellness.
My previous training in music therapy allows me to connect with those who lean on their creativity to cope, or those for whom talk therapy seems to have its limitations. For those clients who are interested, the music may take the form of songwriting, improvising, listening to music, discussing song lyrics, creating playlists.
