I believe connections are the most important part of the human experience. Connections with the self, with others, with nature – all connections are crucial to wellness. It is from this perspective that I approach therapeutic practice. Together, we can work towards a holistic and personally meaningful approach to your wellness and growth. I take a relational approach to narrative and collaborative therapies, and regularly incorporate art-based interventions with those who are interested and could benefit from this approach.
My work experience has included individuals, youth, couples, families and groups experiencing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, violence, relationship difficulties and separation. I specialize in telephone, video and e-counselling services. I look forward to connecting with you.
I am registered with the Manitoba College of Social Workers and the Canadian Association of Social Workers. I have additional training in a variety of areas including art-based approaches, domestic violence intervention and prevention, life coaching with disabilities, trauma competency, and family therapy through narrative and interpersonal pattern practices.
