I love collaborating with individuals and couples seeking deepened emotional intimacy, connection and fulfillment within their relationships. We nurture secure bonds, cultivate an awareness of sturdy life-giving boundaries, effectively ease anxiety, and integrate key dimensions of identity. Many of my clients are noticing and attend to valid core needs after earlier experiences of emotional neglect or betrayal. I also support navigating transitions, moving through grief, living with disability/ chronic health concerns, expanding connection to movement/ play/ rest, engaging creativity, pursuing entrepreneurial/ career growth & more.
I have a background in supporting humans who are meeting themselves and others through the lens of neurodiversity, and 2SLGBTQ+ folks.
