There is a place for you here. Therapy in the heart of Westboro. Sometimes we need space to make sense of our experiences. Life transitions, such as parenting, relationship changes, profound loss, or the unexpected are a chance to pause, reflect and understand our experiences. I enjoy working with parents adjusting to parenthood, young adults figuring out their next steps, and couples navigating their relationship in parenthood. For some, spirituality is important and I am adept at holding space through this lens. This is a place to talk it through and together find different skills to manage and make sense of your world.
Together we'll make sense of your experiences past and present. From an attachment lens (our earliest relationships), and a somatic approach (emotions and how they show up in the body) I work with perinatal anxiety and depression, the adjustment to motherhood and parenting (matrescence), relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and loss.
Within the space of the therapeutic relationship, lets work to understand how you have come to do some of things you do (or think!), adjust where needed and work towards transformation. In being heard authentically we discover new beautiful parts of self. With a transformed understanding of our stories, we're empowered to reshape our narrative. Why not?
