I believe that no person is a 'problem.' Instead, I focus on the patterns that keep us stuck. Our relationships - with ourselves and those around us - define the quality of our lives, and I provide a safe, relational space to navigate the trauma or conflict that can disrupt those bonds. With over a decade of experience, my approach is both evidence-based and deeply human. Together, we will build a more compassionate understanding of your story, using our work together as a tool for lasting change and connection.
My work is focused on a narrative approach, and I work predominantly from a systems lens looking at difficulties as a symptom of a system that is not functioning. I work to reduce mental health symptoms by helping individuals re-story the narrative they have built (or that has been built for them!) to a more useful, helpful connection with self and others.
