Announcement icon I am working remotely to support you with anxiety, trauma symptoms, relationship and parenting problems showing up in this difficult period.
Lindsay Elin is not currently accepting new clients.
With warmth, compassion and skill I support clients to move through difficult periods and make desired life changes. I work with adults, youth and families to strengthen relationships, build skills to manage strong emotions, and navigate life transitions with resilience. I support people to develop tools to manage anxiety, depression and trauma symptoms. I specialize in work with LGBTQ2S+ communities. I provide exploratory gender counselling, second assessor letters to trans people and see partners/couples/kids/families working through the complexities of gender identity/transition on their relationships and/or on their parenting.
My style is warm, grounded and practical. My framework integrates learnings from neuroscience, attachment theories, trauma therapies, mindfulness, and somatic therapies; my lens is intersectional, anti-oppressive, and sex/kink/poly positive. I am an advanced practitioner of Attachment-Based Family Therapy, an evidence-based therapy for youth and parents.
I am currently working online and am pleased to support new clients to develop tools to manage anxiety and stress in these uncertain times. I love using my skills to assist people to tap into their strengths, find self-compassion, be their best selves in relationships, and live their fullest lives. Do not hesitate to reach out - I welcome your inquiries.
