Our mental health journey can at times feel like we are on a never-ending rollercoaster ride; full of intense and fast cycling emotions, negative self-talk, unstable relationships, feelings of emptiness or hopelessness and at times exhilarating and thrilling. My approach to therapy is eclectic and draws from traditional psychotherapeutic theories and leading edge therapeutic modalities/techniques. Treatment will always be tailored to the unique client, as I believe therapy should not be a one-size-fits-all service.
I aim to assist my clients to gain a deeper self awareness through exploration of one’s thoughts, feelings, behaviours and experiences. My practice aims to develop a collaborative, empathetic and authentic therapeutic relationship in order to foster growth and assist those in reaching their goals while living a value focused life.
