I have over ten years of extensive experience working with children (7+), transitional-aged youth, adolescents, and adults.
I have specialized training in perinatal mental health and am deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most tender and transformative moments. My practice focuses on grief and bereavement after pregnancy loss, fertility and infertility struggles, the challenges of parenthood, and life transitions.
In my practice, I hold space for children, youth and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, grief, self-esteem challenges, and the emotional complexities that can arise throughout the journey of parenthood. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection and understanding.
