I discovered the power of Peer Support having lived through some of those not-so-nice experiences myself. It was a healing like no other: It saved my life and put me on a path towards growth & self-discovery. I spent 10+ years participating in peer groups, various therapy modalities, and pursued ongoing education in the field. I combine these experiences to deliver a unique type of therapy and valuable resources.
I am a Peer Support Specialist, with a specialty in Addictions and Mental Health. I am honoured to help others discover themselves and their healing path through empathy, discovery, psychoeducation, and ongoing support. I offer: Private Peer Support Sessions for individuals and families, Psychoeducation-Focused Programs, and Peer Support Groups.
