I believe that your mental health is the vehicle by which you navigate life successfully; and, as a Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist, with a Master of Social Work, I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families, experiencing mental health issues as a result of current crises or cycles of unresolved generational trauma.
I specialize in working through stress, anxiety, depression, family conflict, health-related anxiety, aging, living with chronic and complex diagnosis, grief, and loss. Moreover, I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach to fit each client’s needs, including IFS, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Compassionate Enquiry, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
