You might look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted. Maybe you’ve been through experiences that still live in your body (tightness, anxiety, numbness) even after years of trying to “talk it through.”
You may be navigating trauma, chronic stress, migration, illness, or systems that were never built with you in mind. You want more than coping strategies and you want to feel safer in your body, more present in your relationships, and less controlled by the past. I work especially well with adults who haven’t found relief in traditional talk therapy.
I support adults navigating the complex layers of trauma, burnout, and neurodivergence. I hold a particular passion for the TBI community and healthcare professionals. Using a blend of EMDR, Brainspotting, somatics and parts work, we work to release what your nervous system has been holding, making space for greater ease, presence, and resilience.
Taking the first step is brave, and I see you. I work best with folks who know they want something to shift and are willing to show up for the process.
