I work with adults with ADD and Autism, especially those individuals facing trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, and depression. You may be seeking understanding and therapy - BUT through the lens of your ADHD or Autism. My methods are adapted to accommodate your sensory experiences and how you perceive life. I work with a neurodiverse model of differences, not deficits. We work diligently towards your goals and future life vision the way you see it.

I offer personalized assessments to help explore executive functioning issues like ability to focus, emotional maturity and behavioural patterns that are not working for you. The work can use deep introspection or psychoeducation work using psychodynamic (talk therapy), EMDR or hypnotherapy.
