I seek to create a safe environment in which we collaboratively process difficult feelings towards making meaningful changes to create a more fulfilled life. I use an integrative model tailored to your specific needs. If you are stuck in unhelpful relationship interpersonal cycles; need clarity on life transitions, family, or struggling with a difficult past, I can support you. I offer in-person and virtual sessions Individual: $180; $260 couples (75 min)

I work from a strength-based, collaborative and trauma-informed approach. I employ an integrative model incorporating adult attachment theory, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical therapy (DBT), emotional focused therapy (EFT) and narrative therapy to explore and support you in your emotional healing.

Perhaps the most important component of therapy is the goodness of fit between therapist and client(s) because you need to feel safe and trusting to share the intimate details of your emotional life. Registered social workers and psychotherapists are largely accepted by most insurance providers. Please check to determine if you are covered by Master of Social Work MSW, RSW. I accept cheques, bank transfers, cash and VISA and will provide invoice for reimbursement for sessions.
