I am a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals.
I offer individual and couples therapy specializing in Emotion-Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems. Therapy involves a holistic approach to understanding individuals, their attachment needs, and previous attachment wounds. I believe clients are the experts of their lives, and therapists help provide understanding and compassion to help individuals.
