I have been practicing social work in health care for thirty years and have extensive experience with trauma counseling. I use an eclectic approach incorporating CBT, problem-solving techniques, crisis intervention, and solution-focused therapy to best address your concerns. I am also trained as a family professional in collaborative divorce practice.
My approach with clients is one of compassion and understanding. I provide a warm and safe environment to help people understand and work towards resolving their issues in a very positive and supportive manner. I have a genuine sense of warmth and have over 30 years experience working with individuals, families and couples.
