I have particular experience with 2S/LGBTQIA+ clients, non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships — but none of that is a requirement to work with me.
I offer both counselling (focused, present-day support for a specific issue or transition) and psychotherapy (deeper, ongoing work on the patterns underneath). Whether you're an individual or part of a couple/pod, we'll start by getting clear on what you actually want — then build a path to get there together.
Wherever you're starting from, you don't have to have it figured out before reaching out. You don't need the "right" words, a diagnosis, or a specific identity to justify needing support. Curiosity and a willingness to look honestly at what's going on is enough.
