Hi, I'm Leanna. I am regulated to provide psychotherapy in the province of Ontario.
I provide services to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and relationships. I see people who are struggling with grief, life transition and mental health and relationship challenges including people who have experienced complex, developmental and/or relationship trauma, experience difficulty with regulation/mood and people who identify as having non-visible disabilities and/or identify as neurodiverse and/or gifted.
I also provide life and skills focused coaching services and various services for professionals.
I use a client-centred, polyvagal focused, eclectic approach focused on raising self awareness to support drawing on strengths and building competencies to work toward goal achievement. In this process, we will focus on emotional processing and addressing maladaptive thoughts and behaviours that are getting in the way or making positive change.
I am committed to providing client-centred care to you and your loved ones through a collaborative process to help you reach your mental health and relationship goals.
