Hi there! My name is Lily and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), currently accepting clients aged 16+. I am queer-identifying, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. I have experience addressing concerns related to gender identity and exploration, self-esteem, anxiety, negative self-talk, depression, self-care, burn out, and relationships.
As a queer psychotherapist, I am passionate about supporting other 2S-LGBTQIA+ community members. Within my practice, I gravitate towards narrative, acceptance and commitment, mindfulness, compassion-focused, and somatic approaches. Together, we can discover what works best for you! Your input is not only welcomed, but encouraged.
