I specialize in addressing complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and medically unexplained chronic pain. My approach is mindful, warm and authentic. Before coming into private practice, I have worked in outpatient addiction center, non-profit community agency and the crisis phone line. I find my work especially rewarding with those who are ready to heal on a deeper level. Some of my proudest achievements are helping marginalized survivors of complex PTSD find balance again—just as I once did with the support of my own therapists.
I hold both clinical depth and intuitive clarity in my work. In sessions, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space while also helping you understand your healing through a neuropsychological lens. I act as a guide who supports you in reconnecting with your most authentic self.
As someone with lived experience of mental health illness, I came to know that people are usually closest to their inner truth (or about to discover them) in their period of darkness or chaos. So be brave, and be patient. Trust yourself to have the ability to heal. Pain is inevitable in life, but suffering isn't. The best time to heal and thrive is now.
