I tailor my counselling approach to meet clients’ unique needs by combining strategies from Narrative, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, amongst others, into my practice.
I have extensive experience in the career development field, providing support to diverse clientele at various stages in their careers. My areas of focus also include supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals in areas such as managing stress, life and cultural transitions, confidence and communication.
As a bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English, and with a multicultural background, I use a culture-infused approach and can provide counselling in both languages.
