About
There are times in everyone's life when events or experiences overwhelm our ability to cope, and we turn to those around us for help and support. Sometimes, though, seeking professional assistance is the best option. Psychotherapy can provide effective support during times of stress and struggle, helping you take care of yourself and start feeling better. I work with clients who are facing a range of personal, relational and emotional challenges. No two people are alike, and my practice is grounded in a respect for your individuality. My focus is on getting to know you, and supporting you to achieve your goals.
If you would like to learn more about my services, what to expect, or how psychotherapy might fit with your life and goals, I encourage you to contact me. My availability to work with new clients is limited at this time, but you are welcome to book a free consultation to see if our schedules align, or to be added to my waiting list.
For counsellors and psychotherapists seeking clinical supervision or consultation, please note that I offer a free 30 minute consultation to you as well.
