At Lighthouse, our team brings together different areas of expertise so we can offer care that fits the person. Our counsellors draw from approached including EMDR, Play Therapy, IFS/parts work and other evidence-informed therapies. We also offer low fee counselling through our highly skilled intern counsellors.
