(*Currently fully booked and going on maternity leave in March 2021. Waitlist available for Spring 2022).
My goal is to create an emotionally supportive, warm, and non-judgmental environment to help you talk through what's weighing on your mind and lighten any heaviness you may be carrying. I work collaboratively, using a compassion-based and relationship-focused approach. My office is located in downtown Charlottetown (virtual sessions are also available).
I moved back to PEI in 2018 after living in Toronto, Boston and Los Angeles for the past decade. My background is in teaching and guidance, as well as leadership development and growth coaching. I work with people who are experiencing personal challenges and focus on building self-compassion and self-acceptance.
